Our Programs

Programs are longer-term projects we take on with partners in a specific place. Each one is led with the farmers and organizations it serves, and each has its own page where they can take part, ask questions, and follow the work.

Yates County Farmer-Led Water Management

Farmers around Torrey, on the west shore of Seneca Lake, are coming together to manage water in every season, through dry years and wet ones. The first step is a shared system they own and govern to bring lake water up to their fields. A USDA Rural Business Development Grant pays for the planning, and taking part is free for farmers.
